How it works
Fractional radiofrequency with microneedling combines two techniques in a single procedure: the controlled mechanical micro-injury from the microneedles and the delivery of thermal energy directly into the dermis. The result is intense stimulation of collagen and elastin that remodels the skin from the inside out.
Our device, the Axcel RFM100, performs microneedling robotically and precisely, with exact depth control — reaching up to 3.5 mm. As the needles fire, they emit fractional radiofrequency directly into the dermis, creating thermal microzones that leave the surrounding skin intact — which speeds recovery and makes the procedure safer, more predictable and more comfortable. Three tips are available, chosen according to the region: more precision for delicate areas of the face or greater coverage for extensive body areas.
Protocol and results
The session is performed with a topical anesthetic to ensure comfort — most patients report only a sensation of warmth and small "pinches" during the pulses. The duration varies according to the treated area, generally between 30 and 60 minutes.
Within the first few weeks it is already possible to notice an improvement in skin texture and radiance. The most significant results appear progressively, between 30 and 90 days after each session, as new collagen is produced. Generally 1 to 3 sessions are recommended, at monthly intervals — the exact number depends on the degree of sagging and the goal defined during the assessment consultation.
