Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026.
This Policy explains how Instituto Splendore handles the personal data of those who visit this website or contact us, in compliance with Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law — LGPD).
1. Data controller
Instituto Splendore, located at Av. Santos Dumont, 5753 — Sl 1707, Torre Saúde São Mateus, Fortaleza/CE, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this website.
2. Data we collect
- Browsing data — pages visited, access source, device and browser type, and a technical identifier of your visit. Collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Contact data — when you click to reach us on WhatsApp, we record the source of the click and the treatment of interest to understand how you found us. The conversation itself takes place on WhatsApp and is also governed by the app's privacy policy.
- Data you send us — name, phone, email and other information you send us voluntarily.
- Health data — where applicable, clinical information you provide during in-person care. This is sensitive personal data and receives reinforced protection, processed solely for care purposes.
3. How we use it
- Respond to your contact and schedule appointments;
- Provide clinical care and keep your history once you become a patient;
- Understand how the site is used and improve content and navigation;
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns;
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to healthcare.
4. Cookies and consent
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use two categories:
- Essential — required for the site to work (for example, storing your cookie choice and theme preference). They do not depend on consent.
- Analytics — Google Analytics, which helps us understand site usage and measure campaigns. Only enabled if you accept in the notice shown on entry.
You can change your mind at any time: review my cookie choice. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site keeps working.
5. Who we share with
We do not sell personal data. We share only with providers that enable our operation — website hosting and analytics tools — and only to the extent necessary. We may also share when required by law or by a competent authority.
6. How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes above. Browsing and contact-source records are kept for a limited period and then anonymized. Medical records and care data follow the periods required by law and by the professional council's rules.
7. Your rights
The LGPD grants you the right to confirm the existence of processing, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymization, blocking or deletion, request portability, obtain information about sharing, and withdraw consent.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacidade@splendoreclinica.com.br. We will respond as soon as possible.
8. Security
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access and against loss or improper alteration. No system is infallible, but we treat information security as part of caring for the patient.
9. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated. The date at the top indicates the latest revision; relevant changes will be communicated on this page.
