How it works

Enzymatic lipo (or the application of lipolytic enzymes) is a minimally invasive technique to reduce localized fat and reshape the body without surgery.

It consists of applying specific enzymes into the subcutaneous fat layer, which act by breaking down the triglycerides stored in the fat cells — this process, called lipolysis, allows the fat to be gradually metabolized and eliminated by the body itself.

Protocol and results

It is recommended to treat localized fat in specific areas such as the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms and double chin, as well as to support the complementary treatment of cellulite — an excellent option for those who already maintain a healthy routine of diet and exercise but face stubborn fat deposits.

The protocol is individualized: for the body, 5 to 10 sessions are usually needed, and for the double chin, 4 to 6 sessions, at intervals of 15 to 30 days between them. The first results can already be noticed from the second session, with progressive inch loss throughout the treatment. Maintaining the results depends directly on eating habits and level of physical activity after the protocol.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Enzymatic Lipo

How many sessions are needed?
Generally 5 to 10 sessions for the body and 4 to 6 for the double chin, at intervals of 15 to 30 days between each application. The exact plan is defined during the assessment.
When do results appear?
The first effects are usually noticed from the second session, with progressive inch loss throughout the full protocol.
Is enzymatic lipo suitable for those who already train and eat well?
Yes — it is an excellent option precisely for those who maintain healthy habits but face stubborn, localized fat deposits.
I have a filler with industrial silicone — can I have it?
No. Areas that have received permanent fillers, such as industrial silicone or PMMA, are contraindicated — a prior assessment is essential.
Does applying enzymatic lipo hurt?
There is mild discomfort from the fine needles used in the application, generally well tolerated.
Who cannot have enzymatic lipo?
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with active infections or wounds in the region, allergy to components of the formula, or areas with permanent fillers.
