How it works
Ultraformer MPT is a micro and macro-focused ultrasound (HIFU) technology that works on multiple layers of the skin — from the dermis to the muscular fascia (SMAS), the same layer addressed surgically in a traditional facelift.
The controlled heating of the tissue, to about 60°C internally, attracts fibroblasts — the cells responsible for producing new collagen — gradually replacing old, slack fibers with firmer, more organized collagen, without harming the surface of the skin.
Protocol and results
The protocol is individualized, adjusted according to the region, the degree of sagging and each patient's goal. On the body, it is usually recommended for the abdomen, arms and thighs, treating sagging and defining the contour; on the face, it works as a non-surgical lift, defining the facial contour and softening fine lines.
Results appear progressively, with continuous collagen production in the months following the session — a visible effect between 2 and 3 months, peaking between 3 and 6 months. The effect can last from 12 to 18 months, depending on each patient's care and habits, which is why many protocols recommend an annual maintenance session.
